Berries-
Blueberries-
We are starting to see some relief in this market.
Mexico volume is improving which is helping the supply chain.
Delays do continue at the ports still causing overall pricing issues.
Strawberries-
Demand will elevate this week as we begin loading for Valentine’s Day movement.
Florida temperatures dropped below freezing for two nights.
We are still waiting for field updates on the affect it may have on the market.
The market could take an upward turn once the Florida crop is evaluated.

Mexico supplies have steadied and stabilized pricing.
Quality remains excellent.
Raspberries-
Supplies have improved, but the market will still be firm this week.
We will see pricing steady this week and hopefully dropping a few dollars next week.
Potatoes-
Idaho-
We are seeing prices drop a little and freight rates have eased.
Overall pricing is beginning to drop as we see more potatoes available.

Quality is very good and pricing is mostly steady from Canada.
As Canadian availability begins to decrease over the next few weeks we will see these prices jump a couple dollars.

Pricing is mostly steady.

Starting to see slight increases as some Eastern supplier’s availability is dwindling

Prices continue to strengthen as supplies from Canada become less available.
We are a couple of weeks from transitioning to Mexico for jumbos.
Expect pricing to jump when we do switch by a few dollars.
1/2/5lb continue to inch up in pricing and soon we will move to California.
California mini carrots remain very tight and orders continue to be prorated due to labor issues.

Bartlett are nearing the end in Washington which will push that market up.
Important Notes !!!
Tomatoes 5x6 6x6 Due to the low temps last week and this past weekend being in the mid 30’s plants have slowed down from producing tomatoes causing mkt to jump. I bought in before this jump this should last us hopefully until the market corrects , plums staid steady but I see this mkt jumping next week due to the round price hike and plum growers trying to capitalize on the void in supply.
